SIMS is a web-based Content Management System that provides you with administration tools to easily add/edit web page content, insert multimedia files, create/edit navigation, as well as create users, set user securities and track user logs. All with the click of a button from any location with Internet access.

How much does SIMS cost?

We offer three different licensing options for SIMS depending on your requirements. The packages start at $69.99 CAD/USD per month and include a one-time setup fee.

The one-time setup fee includes the website design and cut of your SIMS template and a 3 hour introductory training session.

What is included with a SIMS license?

Can I use my existing website design with SIMS?

Yes, if you are happy with the current design of your Web site we can incorporate it into a SIMS template.

Will I need to know HTML or a programming language?

No. SIMS was designed with the non-technical user in mind. The SIMS tools and functionality are similar to the popular word processors.

Can I edit the HTML of my website?

To a limit, yes. The SIMS interface allows you to edit the HTML in the content areas of your Web site. For any other need, you may need to contact our support team to assist you.

Do I need to install any software or plugins?

No. SIMS is entirely web based and remotely hosted so you do not have to install any software. However, you will need to use a web browser (such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc.) to access the administration features.

Do I need an FTP program to upload files?

No. SIMS has a built in upload tool and a Media Library where images, documents, HTML files and videos are stored. These media files are easily inserted into your Web page with the click of a button. You can also preview the images and videos before adding them to your Web page.

I want other people to add and edit content on my website. Is this possible?

Yes, The Security section of our Administration tools allow you to create and specify permissions for each user. For example, if you want one user to maintain the calendar on your website, then that user will be only be able to access the calendar of the administration area and not other areas. You can also create Site Managers that have access to the entire website.

How many users can I create?

SIMS allows you to have unlimited users for your Web site. However, we recommend that you limit the number of Site Managers to one or two users for security reasons.
